House: 8.12 "Chase"

As much as I loved seeing Jesse Spencer limp around without a shirt in this episode, I still felt like it may have been lacking.  My thoughts:

House: 8.11 "Nobody's Fault"

As the series' best effort of the season, "Nobody's Fault" sifted through many of the themes that make this show great.  Why do House's unconventional methods work so well?  And why are the consequences so cataclysmic when they don't?
